Private advisory
Private AI advisory, for a restricted number of leaders.
Two initial sessions. Direct strategic reading. No pilots, no generic frameworks, no junior team. You talk to me.
Who it is for
Designed for a specific kind of leader.
CEOs, presidents, board members, and primary decision makers at mid-to-large companies.
Leaders whose capital is exposed to the AI transition and who cannot afford to decide based on headlines.
Executives who need direct strategic reading, without an 80-page deck and without a junior team in the middle.
People who would rather have two high-density conversations with an operator than six months of consulting with a team that has no skin in the game.
Who it is not for
And to be honest: it is not for everyone.
Not for those looking for a vendor of pilots, POCs, or tool adoption roadmaps. That is not what I do.
Not for those who want to validate a decision they have already made. The value is in being challenged, not in being confirmed.
Not for those who need a team executing for months. Here you leave the sessions with clarity and your own decisions, not with an outsourced project.
What you leave with
You leave with three things you did not have before.
01 / READING
Where the curve is actually going in your sector.
Which AI moves will reposition your market in the next twelve to twenty-four months, which are noise, and why the difference matters. This is the reading no consulting report will deliver, because it requires an operator with a thirty-year pattern, not an analyst.
02 / DECISION MAP
The three to five structural decisions you have to make first.
Identified, prioritized, and pressure-tested against your specific context of company, capital, and time. Not a universal framework. Your map, made for you.
03 / LANGUAGE
The way to talk about AI in your board and your C-level.
Because half of the problem in AI transformation is organizational, and half of that is language. You leave with the way to articulate the thesis internally, in terms that execute.
How it works
Two sessions. Nothing templated between them.
The minimum engagement is two private, one-on-one sessions with me. The first is prepared from your specific context, not from a template. The second is designed at the end of the first, on top of the questions and fronts you identified as critical.
If it makes sense to continue beyond that, we talk. Most clients continue in a format of ongoing strategic accompaniment, but that is never sold before the first session. First we prove value. Then we structure what comes next.
01 / SESSION 1
Reading of your context.
Where you are, where the curve is going in your sector, and what the real questions are that need to be answered.
02 / SESSION 2
Designed on top of the first.
Focused on the fronts you identified as most critical at the end of Session 1. Depth instead of coverage.
03 / CONTINUITY (OPTIONAL)
Ongoing strategic accompaniment.
For those who want a bedside advisor during the critical window of transformation. Format defined case by case.
Why with me
Three things a large consulting firm does not deliver.
Active operator, not analyst. I am the founder of MUZT, an AI-native company that builds and launches products with an agentic engine right now. When I talk about AI, I describe what I am building, not what I read in a report.
Thirty years of pattern, not three. Internet, cloud, mobile, SaaS. Now agentic AI. Four waves lived in first person, four companies founded and sold. The read on the curve does not come from recent study.
Direct access, no team in the middle. You talk to me. Not to a project manager, not to an associate. The scarcity of the format is deliberate: it is what allows the density of the conversation.
What it is not
And what Zerlotti Signal is not.
Zerlotti Signal is not an implementation consultancy. It does not execute projects, does not allocate teams, does not deliver systems. It does not sell AI pilots, because pilots are the most expensive way to postpone a decision. It does not run AI readiness assessments, because readiness is not the bottleneck. The bottleneck is sharp strategic reading and fast decision. The practice exists to produce both, in a private advisory relationship, with a restricted number of clients at a time.
Availability
The calendar is restricted by design.
I serve a limited number of clients in parallel to preserve the quality of the sessions. New engagements are accepted in specific windows, with priority given to companies at defined strategic moments (structural transformation, repositioning, capital decision). If you believe you are at one of those moments, the next step is to request a preliminary conversation.
The preliminary conversation is about thirty minutes, at no cost, and serves to confirm mutual fit before formalizing the engagement.
Frequently asked questions
Four questions that always come up before the first session.
What is the investment?
The price of the minimum engagement of two sessions is communicated during the preliminary conversation, after confirming mutual fit. The practice operates in a range compatible with executive advisory, not with implementation consulting.
Are the sessions in person or remote?
Both formats are available. Remote sessions happen over private videoconference. In-person sessions are scheduled in Florianópolis, São Paulo, or at the client location, as agreed. The format does not affect the density of the conversation.
Is there a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA before the first session. The Zerlotti Signal client list is not public and will never be disclosed without express authorization.
What if I want to continue after the two sessions?
Continuity is structured case by case, at the end of Session 2. The most common format is ongoing strategic accompaniment with monthly or quarterly cadence, but nothing is sold before it is clear that it makes mutual sense.
